Meltblown fabric is a nonwoven fabric technology that uses high-speed airflow to melt polymer materials such as polypropylene, spray them into fibers, arrange the fibers laterally, and finally heat-seal them with hot air. This technology has the advantages of fine fibers, uniform structure, and high porosity, which makes meltblown fabric have excellent filtration performance and breathability. The product has ultra-fine fiber characteristics (fiber diameter 1(2)~5 micrometers), which can filter dust, pollutants, and air pollution, while allowing droplets to pass through. It also has static electricity, which can adsorb bacteria and viruses, thus improving the filtration effect of masks.
Highlights
- Wide range of fiber fineness, with ultrafine fibers having an average diameter of < 5μm.
- Small pore size and multiple gaps improve filtration efficiency and reduce breathing resistance.
- It has high filtration efficiency and can be used as a meltblown material for N95 masks.
- Compliant with ISO 9001/13485 quality management system certification
- Environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and lightweight
- Available in white and black
